Colour changes can be made before paint is paid for, ordered, or tinted. Any colour change after paint has been paid for, ordered, tinted, or work has started may incur extra costs and must be approved by written variation before that extra work begins.

Privacy, Photos & Access
- Customer and property information is collected only to prepare quotes, organise work, contact the customer, manage staff/contractors, record job updates, and complete agreed services.
- Photos should only show the job area, access issues, hazards, damage, progress, or completed work. Avoid photographing people, private documents, valuables, children, or unrelated personal items where possible.
- By sending photos or allowing photos to be taken, the customer confirms TCW Property Services may use those photos for quoting, job records, staff instructions, contractor coordination, and proof of work completed.
- Personal information, photos, messages, and job notes must not be shared publicly or with unrelated people. Contractors should only receive the information they need to safely complete their part of the work.
- This first live version uses simple access only. Secure staff accounts, client portals, cloud backup, and permission controls should be added before allowing direct client uploads or wider external access.
- Customers may ask to view or correct their personal information held by TCW Property Services.
Terms & Conditions
- Quote is valid for 7 days from the quote date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- GST is calculated at 15% and included in the total quote amount.
- A 30% deposit is required before the booking date or start date is confirmed. Dates remain provisional until the deposit has been received.
- The remaining balance is due on completion, unless alternative payment terms are agreed before work starts.
- Quote covers the scope listed above only. Pest control is outsourced unless specifically included as an outside contractor. Any extra work, repairs, colour changes, or customer-requested changes require a separate quote or variation to be sent to the customer and signed off before that extra work begins.
- Clients may change colours before paint is paid for, ordered, tinted, or applied. If the client changes colour after paint has been paid for, ordered, tinted, delivered, opened, or applied, extra paint, labour, travel, disposal, delay, or rework costs may apply and must be approved as a variation before proceeding.
- Hidden damage, moisture issues, mould, rot, failed coatings, loose paint, heavy grime, or surface defects discovered after washing/preparation may affect price and timing.
- Weatherboards, rotten timber, structural repairs, or building repairs are the customer's responsibility unless specifically included in this quote. TCW Property Services can suggest trade contacts where helpful, and recommends the customer obtains 3 quotes so they can choose the best value for money.
- Exterior access, roof work, height work, edge protection, or scaffolding is estimated only unless confirmed in writing. Any confirmed scaffold hire, safety access, or extra height-work cost may require an updated quote or signed variation before work begins.
- Trees, bushes, road hazards, vehicles, public access, pets, power lines, unsafe ground, or other hazards may need to be cleared, moved, repaired, or controlled before work starts. Any extra access, safety, traffic, or specialist control cost must be confirmed before proceeding.
- Final colours, sheen levels, and paint products must be confirmed before paint is ordered or applied.
- If the customer supplies their own paint or materials, TCW Property Services cannot guarantee paint coverage, colour accuracy, durability, finish quality, product performance, or suitability of that product.
- Customer must provide reasonable access, clear work areas where possible, and make sure power/water access is available if required.
- Weather, drying time, product availability, and site conditions may affect completion dates.
- TCW Property Services will take reasonable care, but is not responsible for pre-existing defects or movement/cracking in underlying surfaces.
