Privacy, Photos & Access
- Customer and property information is collected only to prepare quotes, organise work, contact the customer, manage staff/contractors, record job updates, and complete agreed services.
- Photos should only show the job area, access issues, hazards, damage, progress, or completed work. Avoid photographing people, private documents, valuables, children, or unrelated personal items where possible.
- By sending photos or allowing photos to be taken, the customer confirms TCW Property Services may use those photos for quoting, job records, staff instructions, contractor coordination, and proof of work completed.
- Personal information, photos, messages, and job notes must not be shared publicly or with unrelated people. Contractors should only receive the information they need to safely complete their part of the work.
- This first live version uses simple access only. Secure staff accounts, client portals, cloud backup, and permission controls should be added before allowing direct client uploads or wider external access.
- Customers may ask to view or correct their personal information held by TCW Property Services.
Terms & Conditions
- Quote is valid for 7 days from the quote date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- GST is calculated at 15% and included in the total quote amount.
- Payment must be made when the job is finished, unless alternative payment terms are agreed in writing before work starts.
- The booking date or start date will be confirmed once the quote has been accepted and access, timing, staff, and payment terms have been agreed.
- Quote covers the scope listed above only. Pest control is outsourced unless specifically included as an outside contractor. Any extra detailing, pet hair removal, rubbish removal, stain treatment, odour treatment, access change, or customer-requested change requires a separate quote or variation to be sent to the customer and signed off before that extra work begins.
- Clients may change the detailing scope before supplies are purchased or work starts. If extra tasks are added after work starts, extra labour, travel, supplies, disposal, delay, or rework costs may apply and must be approved as a variation before proceeding.
- Hidden damage, moisture issues, mould/mildew, rot, heavy grime, stains, odours, pests, rubbish, or surface defects discovered after work starts may affect price and timing.
- Repairs, leaks, pest treatment, specialist waste removal, sharps, biohazards, or building repairs are the customer's responsibility unless specifically included in this quote. TCW Property Services can suggest trade contacts where helpful, and recommends the customer obtains 3 quotes so they can choose the best value for money.
- Exterior access, height work, water blasting, or specialist equipment is estimated only unless confirmed in writing. Any confirmed hire, safety access, or extra height-work cost may require an updated quote or signed variation before work begins.
- Trees, bushes, road hazards, vehicles, public access, pets, unsafe ground, chemicals, pests, sharps, biohazards, or other hazards may need to be cleared, moved, repaired, or controlled before work starts. Any extra access, safety, traffic, or specialist control cost must be confirmed before proceeding.
- Final detailing tasks, vehicle areas, access, and products must be confirmed before supplies are purchased or work begins.
- If the customer supplies their own detailing products or equipment, TCW Property Services cannot guarantee product performance, suitability, stain removal, surface safety, or final result.
- Customer must provide reasonable access, clear work areas where possible, and make sure power/water access is available if required.
- Weather, drying time, product availability, vehicle condition, rubbish volume, access, and site conditions may affect completion dates.
- TCW Property Services will take reasonable care, but is not responsible for pre-existing paint damage, scratches, dents, stains, odours, mould/mildew, pests, wear, surface damage, electrical faults, leaks, or hidden issues.
